Hi! We're Joseph and Sena Lambert. Lambert Disposal is our family's business.

We started it in July 2026 for a pretty simple reason. Too many people we knew were unhappy with their trash and recycling service and didn't feel like they had anywhere else to go — missed pickups, trash left behind, biweekly recycling, unexpected rate hikes, endless hold time and bad customer service, and the list goes on.

In some neighborhoods, there isn't a local option at all. Two or three big companies, take it or leave it. We didn't think that was good enough.

So we started one. We live here, we work here, and when you call, you get us.

A note from Joseph

I'm Joseph Lambert, owner of Lambert Disposal. This is my letter to you:

Over the last few years, I've seen public and private equity-backed companies buy many of the local waste haulers in Atlanta. To name a few: American Disposal, FCS Sanitation, Reliable Sanitation, West Cobb Sanitation, Cox Sanitation, B Green Services, and many more. Why does this matter? Service has suffered. Prices have gone up. You, the customer, haven't benefitted. My Background: I'm from Atlanta and started my entrepreneurial journey in middle school, launching a lawn-care business to help my family. That hustle led to co-founding Southern Standard Landscaping, then pivoting to junk removal in 2019 under the Joseph's Junk Removal brand, which was acquired by Allied Junk Partners in early 2024. To sum it up, I love building. When I was 10, it was Legos. Now I'm 24, and it's businesses. But why trash? Our communities need local businesses with local knowledge making local decisions. Our community needs local trash businesses. So, I've set out on a mission to bring local, family-owned, fairly priced, and high quality trash & recycling service to your curb (or backdoor). This isn't my sales pitch. I'm just delivering good news. The choice is yours!
